A Proposed Collaboration between IKEA x Phaidon: Exploring What Home Means.
This Project was undertaken over the space for a few months & takes a blended approach to it's content, from using recognised known literature from Psychology, Philosophical, and Wellbeing avenues but also takes Real & Raw Responses from Individual Interviews.
The above renders show the essence of the 'IKEA Insight Interview' Which uses visual inspiration of blinds, colours, and organic printer typography to tell a story of individuals who donated their time and their own photography to the project. The
The recognised avenues had their respective information told in a different visual style which was more tame and fitting within a Scandinavian Modernist style. All of the content was written by myself after a multitude of research, and a mix of my photography was used alongside donated and credited photography.
